Right Location can provide you with professional Conference Events Management at your event, which allows the organisers to be the hosts while someone else attends to the running of the day. Right Location offer on-site Conference Events Management support for any event, even if we haven’t booked the venue.
Our experienced, professional event managers enjoy the buzz of live event management, and are experts at dealing with many types of situations, delegates and exhibitors. They will focus on resolving any issues which arise, making your event as stress-free as possible for the organisers and attendees. We recognise the importance of anticipating challenges and reacting quickly to liaise with all parties concerned to make sure everything happens when it should, working as part of your team.
We’re completely flexible and will provide support wherever you need it at your event, whether that’s to assist with the set-up and registration process, distribution of event materials, co-ordination of exhibitors, acting as an information point, liaise with the venue and delegates or dealing with logistics and any challenges which come up. We’re committed to the success of your event and will work as an extension of your team so you can enjoy the event you’ve worked so hard to organise!
All of our event managers are employed at Right Location, or are regular freelancers.
Rates are from £225.00 per event manager, per day plus expenses.
