- Reserve and manage all the accommodation allocations on behalf of your delegates.
- Negotiate with the venues to ensure that your delegates get the best rates.
- Manage the venues terms and conditions, advising you when release dates approach.
- Offer an online booking service for delegates, accessed via a secure password, with confirmations sent direct to the delegates.
- Prepare all rooming list and special requirements, sending to appropriate venue personnel if required.
- Guests would contact our events team direct or via an online booking facility to reserve their accommodation, booking and guaranteeing their reservations direct with us.
As part of our free venue finding service we can manage all aspects of your accommodation requirements. Delegates can contact our reservations desk direct to book from an allocation which we are holding for you, or we can make bookings direct at hotels in the area, to meet their needs and budgets.
