We offer a free venue finding service for the UK and overseas. When we’ve received a venue brief from you, we’ll prepare a comprehensive, bespoke proposal working with you to meet your timescales.
Your venue proposal will always feature the very best negotiated prices. We save our clients on average 25-30% on venue costs, but we don’t stop there. Once you’ve short-listed your preferred options we’lll negotiate to ensure you are getting the best deal. This may not only be the cheapest rates but enhanced added value.
We'll negotiate on items with a low cost to the venue and a high value to the client such as:- Reduced or complimentary room set-up and breakdown charges
- Reduced charges for or complimentary use of the main room, syndicate rooms or exhibition spaces
- Inclusion of AV equipment (e.g. LCD projector, screen, flipcharts) and internet access
- Additional or upgraded catering and refreshment breaks
- Inclusion of alcoholic beverages/half a bottle of wine with dinner or for a drinks reception
- Complimentary car parking
- Bedroom upgrades
