As Finders For Venues, we believe that it's important for you visit the venues you've short listed for your event, to get a first hand experience of the venues.
As part of our free venue finding service we'll make the appointment for you, which will be confirmed in writing with the venues. Simply tell us which venues you want to see, when you can go and we'll do the rest!

We will:- Arrange an appointment at a convenient time for you, ensuring that all the relevant facilities are available for you to see or tell you if they are not!
- Make sure you see an experienced person at the venue who can deal with your queries
- Accompany you if requested with one our account managers
- Give you venue directions including postcode and tube station if required
- Ensure if you are seeing several venues ensure that you have a logical timetable with sufficient time at each venue
- If applicable arrange for refreshment breaks….maybe even a free lunch!
