How can your venue finding service be free?
We’re paid a commission by the venue that we confirm on your behalf. In simple terms it’s the same principle as a travel agency. To be paid we have to be successful in finding you the right venue!
Is it really a free service?
Yes, really! All we ask is that you are fair and honest with us. If you confirm a venue we have proposed either direct or through another agency then we would charge a search fee to cover our costs.
Surely I’ll end up paying more…won’t the venue add the commission onto the rates?
In fact, the opposite will happen. Due to our bulk buying ability, enquiry volume, great relationships with venues and excellent negation skills, we’ll negotiate the best rates for you; almost certainly better rates that you would get yourself by going direct to the venue. We’ll make sure we get not only the best rates for your event but that you get the best added value as well. On average, we save our clients 25-30%.

Surely there must be a catch….
There’s no catch, we promise. All we ask is once you have given us the brief to work on we have sole agency rights. Don’t worry if you’ve started to work on it yourself, simply tell us which venues you’ve already contacted and we’ll ensure that all suitable venues are contacted. Even if you have a preferred venue in mind, give us a call. You never know, we may just be able to get you a better deal!
Do you belong to a professional organisation?
