TowerGardens   
The Gardens at The Tower of London:
Available from 4 June-25 July 2009, this temporary summer pavilion, located on the rolling lawns beside the Tower of London’s moat just 5 minutes walk from Tower Hill tube station is ready-themed & available for exclusive events & shared party packages. It has a light & airy decor & capacity for up to 950 seated or 1,500 standing guests.

The HAC Grounds offer five & a half acres of manicured gardens just 50 metres from Finsbury Square & Moorgate. The space is available to book for events in June, July, late-November & December, when a 3,000-capacity temporary structure is erected on the site.




The Deck   
The Deck
Launched in spring 2008 & available to hire from April to October, this ultra-modern function space on the roof of the National Theatre commands panoramic views across London. It was designed to make the most of its riverside vantage point, with retractable walls made from translucent materials that allow in natural light.



Grays Inn Summer Marquee   
Gray's Inn Summer Marquee
The five-acre garden at the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn is one of the largest private gardens in London. Originally designed by the then treasurer, Sir Francis Bacon, in 1606, the historic grounds (known as The Walks) play host to a marquee in the summer, available for evening & weekend events from the end of June to the end of July. Suitable for private and corporate summer events from champagne receptions and Mediterranean barbecues to wedding receptions and formal dinner-dance evenings, the marquee can accommodate up to 250 guests for a dinner dance reception or 500 guests for a standing reception and is equipped with 100' x 40' hard flooring, bar area, a staffed cloakroom, and toilet facilities.

The River Terrace at Somerset House is one of its newest & most contemporary spaces. Available for evening hire as an alfresco space, the River Terrace has views of the 18th-century facade & across the Thames to the South Bank.

Min Jiang, a new contemporary and sophisticated Chinese restaurant on the tenth floor of the hotel has 3 AA red rosettes and offers spectacular views of Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. Decorated with strong colours, back-lit mirrors etched with Chinese characters, contemporary photography and modular furniture, the restaurant also has an adjoining bar, private dining room for up to 20 people as well as wine rooms which are integrated into the main dining room.



The Sky Lounge at Novotel St Pancras
Located between Euston and St. Pancras tube stations, this 4 star hotel boasts a unique conference room located on the 15th floor, with panoramic views of London. The room can accommodate up to 30 persons in a theatre style setup and is equipped with air conditioning, internet access (broadband and WiFi), telephone line, screen, coat rail and a separate WC.

This livery hall has now opened its doors to corporate clients for receptions and dinners in this traditional, stunning city hall, offering an exclusive experience for events. The Main Livery Hall can accommodate up to 160 guests for a seated dinner or 250 for a standing reception and features sparkling chandeliers. Further spaces available include the Ambulatory for pre-dinner drinks and 2 further private dining areas or reception spaces.

The waterside museum is an attraction housed in a former ice warehouse built in about 1862-3, and offers a unique experience for many types of events. Conveniently located with 5 tube stations within walking distance and 0.2 miles from Kings Cross station, the museum offers 3 conference rooms accommodating up to 150 persons, good disabled access and street parking at evenings and weekends. The venue is also accredited as a member of the Green Tourism for London scheme. Event attendees can arrive by boat as the venue has its own mooring, and see inside a narrowboat cabin, learn about the history of London's canals, about the cargoes carried, the people who lived and worked on the waterways, and the horses that pulled their boats. They can peer down into the unique heritage of a huge Victorian ice well used to store ice imported from Norway and brought by ship and canal boat to be stored.

The home of Europe's longest Champagne Bar, measuring 95.8 metres, and the recently opened St Pancras Grand Restaurant and Oyster Bar are both located on the Upper Concourse along side the Eurostar platform of St Pancras International station. Open throughout the day serving breakfast, morning coffee, lunch,afternoon tea, dinner and drinks, and offering corporate and private function facilities for up to 140 people, the unusual location of this exciting entertainment venue would assist in the creation of a unique event!

Avington Park is an elegant historic house, which was transformed, in the late 17C for Charles II to come and stay, when the rooms were laid out for entertainment. A private home set in wide lawns and meadows with complimentary on-site car parking, the venue is located 10 minutes from the M3 with mainline railway services located 6 miles from the venue. A range of magnificent staterooms, conservatories and lawns are available for hire for up to 150 people for a standing reception or 100 people theatre style, making Avington Park ideally suitable for a range of functions, from small private meetings to large corporate hospitality days, product and car launches & classic car rallies, dinners, parties, conferences and promotions.


Berrydown Barn Winchester

This ancient tythe barn sits the Winchester countryside, and is located just five miles from the city of Winchester and twenty minutes from Southampton. Dating from the 1700’s,the barn has recently been through three years of refurbishment to restore the charm and character of its oak beams and stone floors. The venue boasts panoramic views of the Hampshire countryside and is only available on an exclusive use basis for a wide range of corporate and private functions.


Fort Nelson

Set in 19 acres of Hampshire countryside, this fully restored Victorian Fort was built to protect the great naval harbour of Portsmouth. The Historic Fort Nelson offers a variety of spaces available for daytime and evening hire including the Officer’s Mess and the Point of the Redan (formerly the Officer’s Billiard Room), and facilities are available to accommodate up to 56 people cabaret style for a wide range of functions. Exclusive use of the venue is available with the option of adding guided tours, gunfirings and interpretations to make events truly unique.


New Place Tree House

This De Vere property is set is its own grounds which are ideally suited for outdoor teambuilding activities. The tree house can accommodate up to 12 people boardroom style and is located within the grounds, set apart from the main buildings and accommodation which means that it’s ideal for private board meetings and private dining events.

Rhinefield House is a 4 star venue located in the New Forest and is part of the Handpicked collection. Set in extensive grounds and gardens, the venue offers a unique space, the Alhmabra Room, for private dining parties of up to 12 people. Originally built as a gentleman’s smoking room and designed as an exact replica of the Alhambra Palace in Granada, Southern Spain, it is elaborate in its design which includes hand-cut mosaic tiles and onyx from Persia


Wine Cellars at the Old Ship
